With almost two decades of business and IT experience, Andrea Robinson founded ARC Innovations, a consultancy dedicated to helping companies of all sizes transform people, processes, and systems to meet and exceed goals. When partnering with clients, Andrea draws on her natural talent for assessing complex situations and her proven expertise in identifying appropriate solutions. A conceptual and analytical thinker, Andrea is an accomplished project and portfolio manager who welcomes the challenges that come with assisting senior leaders at crossroads—ready to take their businesses to next level but unsure of the next steps or how to effectively and efficiently execute their transformation plans. To help clients push through barriers and achieve results, she skillfully assesses opportunities. Then, Andrea leads the teams responsible for developing and implementing highly effective fit-for-purpose solutions.

 Throughout her career, Andrea has successfully managed a broad array of projects in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, real estate, data services, construction, oil/gas, and others.  She approaches every endeavor with advanced knowledge of application development, process outsourcing, system implementation, network infrastructure deployment, training, documentation development, and financial tracking.

 A results-driven professional, Andrea served as Sr. Project Manager for the BPX Energy Robotic Process Automation Team where she managed, advanced, and delivered automation solutions to meet key business objectives business. As Portfolio Manager for the Motiva Enterprise IT PM Office (a $50MM Portfolio), Andrea maintained project spend with + or- 5% within the allocated budget by creating a financial management tracking framework to manage the project’s financial execution, as well as other initiatives.  Andrea played an instrumental role in reducing costs by $5MM while working as Senior Project Manager for Chevron Supply & Trading IT. And she served as Project Manager for Global Offshore Services at First American Corporation where her efforts resulted in $2.5MM in revenue generation.

 A native Floridian, Andrea holds an MBA degree from Saint Leo University and a BA in English from the University of South Florida. Her professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ACC) Agile Coaching, ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ENT) Agility in the Enterprise and ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-CAT) Coaching Agile Transitions.

 To help develop up-and-coming professionals in the field, Andrea has shared her knowledge as an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix, Ashford University, and Broward Community College. She is currently Co-Founder and President of Agile in Color, an initiative of the Agile Alliance to provide a platform committed to the development and nurturing of Black Agilists and other Agilists of Color globally through mentoring, coaching, and learning opportunities provided by guest speakers and presenters.
